Payments and Refunds

**PLEASE STOP AND READ THIS ENTIRE SECTION AS IT PERTAINS TO CERTAIN

CRITERIA IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A REFUND**

Littleton Youth Sports Refund Policy:

Please review our refund policy below.

Full refunds of registration fees paid to Littleton Youth Sports shall be made in the following instances:

• Player or parent changes their mind prior to the first practice of the season. This will result in a full refund less a $25. processing fee.
• Player sustains a season ending injury* prior to the start of the practice season. This will result in a full refund less a $25. processing fee.
• Player moves from the territory prior to the start of the practice season. This will result in a full refund less a $25. processing fee.
• Player or parent changes his/her mind about participating in a sport prior to the first game of the season (but after practices have begun). This will result in a 75% refund.
• Player sustains a season ending injury prior to the first game of the season (but after practices have begun). This will result in a 75% refund.
• Refunds are at the sole discretion of the Littleton Youth Sports Board of Directors.
• All refunds are made by Littleton Youth Sports business check. No refunds will be credited to any bank card.
• All refunds are verified with the credit card company. The refund check is made out and mailed to the person who is listed on the credit card, at the address provided by the credit card company. If the registration fee is paid by mail-in check, said check will be verified that it cleared the bank prior to any refund being made.
• All refunds are subject to the $25 processing fee.
• All refunds are made by the Littleton Youth Sports Accountant.

• We often turn kids away because the team is full - your child has taken a spot that could have gone to another player 

NO REFUNDS will be made in the following cases:

• Player withdraws from participation after the first game for ANY reason.
• Player has been removed from the team for Code of Conduct violations by the player or the parent.

Requesting a Refund:

To request a refund, please send and email request to: Admin@littletonyouthsports.org and provide all of the following information:

1. Player Name (first and last)
2. Your Name (first and last)
3. Email Address
4. Address (Full Street, City, State, Zip)
5. Sport you are requesting a refund from
6. Reason for the Refund

**If any of the information list above is missing from the request there will be a delay**
